Use of service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes, to provide accurate information when creating a Myylestone or making a contribution, and not to misrepresent yourself as the celebrant of a milestone you did not create.
Myylestone reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Contributions and payouts
Contributions made to a Myylestone are processed through our third-party payment partners. Payouts to celebrants follow the schedule and method disclosed at the time of publishing the Myylestone.
Fees
Any applicable platform or processing fees will be disclosed before a contribution is completed.
Intellectual property
The Myylestone name, logo, and platform design are the property of Myylestone and may not be used without permission.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Myylestone is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
